Mr. LaMont has served as our Senior Vice President, Construction/Sustainability since 2017. His team is responsible for maintaining the company’s physical portfolio, and he is involved in reviewing STAG’s development opportunities.  Mr. LaMont also oversees and guides the company’s sustainability initiatives, which include conversion of the portfolio from traditional building systems to high efficiency, energy conserving systems, as well as the incorporation of renewable energy. From 2014 to 2017, Mr. LaMont had served as our VP of Construction Management. Prior to STAG, Mr. LaMont was a Senior Program Manager for a Department of Defense contractor. Mr. LaMont holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering (focus in Construction Management) from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College. Mr. LaMont is also a registered professional engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional.
