LOCATION: All US markets; focus on primary and secondary industrial markets
DEAL SIZE: $5-$100 million on a single asset basis; no maximum for portfolios
TRANSACTION TYPE: Investor sale, sale leaseback, build-to-suit, spec forward commitments & funded forwards
